Risotto with strawberries and Chardonnay is a fresh and aromatic dish. A very fine recipe, which surprises and delights with its unexpected flavour. This is how it is made.
350 gr rice
15 ripe strawberries
2 glass of chardonnay
50 gr of butter
2/3 spring onions
100 gr Robiola cheese
Finely chop the white part of the spring onions and put them in a heated pan with butter. Add the rice and toast it for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Now pour the chardonnay and allow to evaporate.
Wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes. Add one third of the strawberries to the rice and keep adding boiling water.
When cooked, turn off the heat; add the remaining strawberries and the Robiola cheese, until completely melted. Season your refined risotto with salt and pepper and serve well hot… Buon Appetito!
